Mouse Lysophosphatidylcholine Acyltransferase 4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse AGPAT7 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and is read by colorimetric measurement of O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

An antibody specific for AGPAT7 captures the target in standards and samples, followed by incubation with a Biotinylated Anti-AGPAT7 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution, with the yellow intensity proportional to AGPAT7 concentration. Reported sensitivity is <0.212 ng/ml, the assay range is 0.625-40 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m.

Kit components include a lyophilised standard, Detection Solution A and Detection Solution B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, with kit components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not to be used past the expiration date.
