Mouse Lymphotoxin Beta ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse Lymphotoxin Beta ELISA Kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse LTB in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. It uses a sandwich enzyme immunoassay format on a pre-coated microplate, with a biotinylated anti-LTB antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate for colorimetric detection at 450 nm.

Performance figures include a sensitivity of 5.8 pg/ml and an assay range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml. Reported mean recoveries are 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma, with dilution linearity demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions. The full assay protocol takes around 4 hours 30 minutes and is read on a standard colorimetric microplate reader.

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its stated expiration date.
