Mouse Lymphocyte Antigen 75 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Lymphocyte Antigen 75 (LY75) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. It is reactive with mouse samples and uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips). The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique: standards and samples are added to wells where LY75 is captured by the immobilised antibody, followed by incubation with a biotinylated anti-LY75 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change read as absorbance at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.061 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Kit components should be stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.

Recovery was evaluated in mouse serum (n=5, range 83%–100%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 91%–100%, average 95%) and heparin plasma (n=5, range 91%–101%, average 96%).
