Mouse Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor Related Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) kit, manufactured by Antibodies.com, is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor Related Protein 1 (LRP1) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for LRP1, and detection uses a biotinylated anti-LRP1 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of <0.264 ng/ml and a standard curve range of 0.625–40 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported sample recovery values (n=5) include ranges of 80%–102% for serum (average 91%), 81%–100% for EDTA plasma (average 90%) and 80%–89% for heparin plasma (average 84%).
