Mouse Lipase, Pancreatic ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Mouse Pancreatic Lipase/PTL ELISA Kit is a quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro measurement of mouse Pancreatic Lipase/PTL in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The platform is a pre-coated 96-well microplate. The assay uses a biotinylated anti-Pancreatic Lipase/PTL detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450nm in a colorimetric microplate reader and the Pancreatic Lipase/PTL concentration is calculated by reference to a standard curve.

Performance specifications include an assay range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <35 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery validation across biological matrices (n=5) showed ranges of 80-102% (average 91%) for serum, 81-99% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80-89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
