Mouse Lipase, Endothelial ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com offers a sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse endothelial lipase (LIPG) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique in which an antibody specific for LIPG is immobilised on the plate. Standards and test samples are added, followed by washing and incubation with a Biotinylated Anti-LIPG Antibody. An HRP-Avidin conjugate is then added and, after further washing, TMB substrate is used to visualise the enzymatic reaction; the resulting colour change is read as O.D. absorbance at 450 nm and the LIPG concentration calculated against a standard curve. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

The reported sensitivity is <0.61 ng/ml with an assay range of 1.56-100 ng/ml. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.
