Mouse Lipase A, Lysosomal Acid ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Lysosomal Acid Lipase/LAL in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microtiter plate, with detection via an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay has a working range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.117 ng/ml, with a total run time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery is 80–102% in serum (average 91%), 81–100% in EDTA plasma (average 90%), and 80–89% in heparin plasma (average 84%). Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated in the product insert.
