Mouse Leucine Rich Alpha-2-Glycoprotein 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse LRG1/LRG (Leucine Rich Alpha-2-Glycoprotein 1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips and is read colorimetrically at 450 nm on a microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

Performance specifications include an assay range of 3.12–200 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <1.18 ng/ml. In spiked recovery testing, average recoveries were 91% in serum (n=5, 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (n=5, 81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (n=5, 80–89%). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 showed serum recoveries of 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97%; EDTA plasma of 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108%; and heparin plasma of 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91%.

Kit components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
