Mouse Leptin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of mouse Leptin, manufactured by Antibodies.com. The kit is suitable for serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant samples, and can assay both native and recombinant mouse Leptin. It uses a colorimetric microplate format employing a biotin-linked detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP, and shows no significant cross-reactivity.

Sensitivity is reported as less than 10 pg/ml with an assay range of 62.5-4000 pg/ml, and average recovery from serum samples is 102%. Components should be stored at +4°C, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
