Mouse Legumain ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Legumain in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for Legumain, a biotinylated anti-Legumain detection antibody, and an HRP-Avidin conjugate used with TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction produces a colour change read at 450 nm, with Legumain concentration calculated against a standard curve.

The assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.058 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
