Mouse Left/Right Determination Factor 2 ELISA Kit

The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, with standards and samples captured by an immobilised antibody specific for LEFTY2, then bound by a Biotinylated Anti-LEFTY2 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate [S1]. Detection is achieved with TMB substrate, producing a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader [S1].
