Mouse Laminin ELISA Kit

A 4-hour sandwich ELISA (sELISA) from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Laminin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is reported as specific for Laminin, with no cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. The pre-coated microplate is supplied in a 12 x 8 well strip format, and detection is colorimetric, read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

The product range is 0.156-10 ng/mL, equivalent to 156-10,000 pg/ml. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing; validated dilutions include healthy serum (1:2) and healthy plasma (1:2). Reported average recovery is 95% for serum, 93% for EDTA plasma, and 97% for heparin plasma, with individual sample ranges of 86% - 101%, 87% - 100%, and 85% - 100% respectively.

The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual. The kit should not be used past its expiration date, and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
