Mouse Lamin A/C ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Lamin A + Lamin C in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The test uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-Lamin A + Lamin C detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate developed for colorimetric readout at 450 nm.

Quoted performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.115 ng/ml and a standard curve range of 0.312-20 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C depending on the item. Recovery data reported across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples (n=5) give averages of 91%, 90% and 84% respectively, with corresponding ranges of 80%-102%, 81%-100% and 80%-89%. Dilutional linearity data are provided for each sample type at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions.
