Mouse L1-Cell Adhesion Molecule ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this Mouse L1CAM ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse L1CAM in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and relies on a biotinylated anti-L1CAM antibody with HRP-avidin detection, producing a colourmetric signal via TMB substrate read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. The quantitative measurement range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of <6.7 pg/ml. Validation in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma gave average recovery ranges of 80% to 102%, 81% to 100% and 80% to 89% respectively. Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 falls between 74% and 108% in the same sample types.
