Mouse L Selectin ELISA Kit

L-selectin is a type-I transmembrane glycoprotein adhesion receptor (approximately 74 kDa) expressed on leukocytes, including naive T and B lymphocytes, neutrophils, and monocytes. It mediates the initial tethering and rolling of leukocytes on vascular endothelium, a critical step in lymphocyte homing to peripheral lymph nodes and in the early inflammatory cascade.

The kit specifically detects the mouse SELL gene product, supporting studies in autoimmune disease models, transplant rejection, leukocyte trafficking, infectious disease, and vaccine immunology. The 96T configuration gives laboratories enough wells to run a full standard curve alongside multiple replicates.
