Mouse Kruppel Like Factor 1, Erythroid ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables in vitro quantitative determination of mouse EKLF/KLF1 (Kruppel Like Factor 1, Erythroid) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with detection via a colorimetric microplate reader measuring absorbance at 450 nm. Standards and samples are added to wells containing an immobilised capture antibody, followed by a biotinylated anti-EKLF/KLF1 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate; TMB substrate produces a yellow colour whose intensity is proportional to EKLF/KLF1 concentration and is read against the standard curve.

The stated assay range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <5.8 pg/ml, and total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery ranges across sample types were 80–102% for serum (n=5), 81–100% for EDTA plasma (n=5) and 80–89% for heparin plasma (n=5). Linearity data are provided for serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
