Mouse Kisspeptin Receptor ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Mouse Kisspeptin Receptor ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse GPR54 (Kisspeptin Receptor) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated microplate of 12 x 8 well strips and employs a biotinylated anti-GPR54 detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the resulting yellow product is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is less than 0.061 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the full assay is completed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery ranges are 83%–100% for serum (n=5), 90%–98% for EDTA plasma (n=5), and 89%–102% for heparin plasma (n=5). Components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
