Mouse Kininogen 1 ELISA Kit

This in vitro quantitative sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the measurement of mouse Kininogen 1 in plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.

According to the manufacturer, the measuring range is 0.625-40 ng/ml and the sensitivity is 0.276 ng/ml. In spike-and-recovery testing (n=5), average recoveries were reported as 91% for serum (range 80-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%). Reported linearity upon dilution at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 was 87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101% and 92-97% for serum (n=5); 90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101% and 79-108% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105% and 89-91% for heparin plasma (n=5).

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120 μl), Detection Solution B (120 μl), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml) and plate sealers (5 adhesive strips). Components are stored between +4°C and -20°C and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
