Mouse Keratin 19 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Cytokeratin 19 (also referred to as Keratin 19) in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate format in which standards and samples are captured by an immobilised antibody, then detected using a biotinylated anti-Cytokeratin 19 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is developed with TMB substrate and read by absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <13.6 pg/ml with a quantitative working range of 31.2–2000 pg/ml. The full protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Documented recovery across sample types averages 91% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma, and 95% for heparin plasma, with dilution linearity reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for each matrix. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
