Mouse Kallikrein 7 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Kallikrein 7/KLK7 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids.

The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-Kallikrein 7/KLK7 detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The stated assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.056 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Reported sample recovery averages 91% for serum (n=5, range 80%-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81%-100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 80%-89%).
