Mouse Kallikrein 6 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Kallikrein 6 in serum, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, breast milk or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and combines a biotinylated anti-Kallikrein 6 detection antibody with an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The resulting colour change is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader and the Kallikrein 6 concentration is calculated against a standard curve covering 1.56-100 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.63 pg/ml. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is for research use only.

Spike-and-recovery testing (n=5) showed average recoveries of 91% in serum (range 80-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81-100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80-89%). Linearity upon dilution was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
