Mouse Kallikrein 3 ELISA Kit

Sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Kallikrein 3 (KLK3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a biotinylated anti-KLK3 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate. The colour reaction is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Manufacturer-reported quantitative performance figures include an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.058 ng/ml. Reported recovery ranges in spiked samples (n=5) are 80%-102% for serum (average 91%), 81%-100% for EDTA plasma (average 90%) and 80%-89% for heparin plasma (average 84%). Assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers. Components should be stored between +4°C and -20°C as indicated on the individual vials.
