Mouse IQ Motif Containing GTPase Activating Protein 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse IQGAP2 (IQ Motif Containing GTPase Activating Protein 2) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The procedure uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-IQGAP2 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal development via TMB substrate and absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.062 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. In a five-replicate evaluation, average recovery values were 91% for serum (range 80%–102%), 91% for EDTA plasma (range 81%–101%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%–89%).
