Mouse Interleukin 9 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse IL-9 ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse IL-9 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for IL-9 is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), and detection uses a biotinylated anti-IL-9 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quantitative assay covers a working range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 5.7 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Supplied components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solution A, detection solution B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the stated expiration date.

Spike-and-recovery data are reported across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16, with mean recoveries of 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma.
