Mouse Interleukin 7 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative measurement of mouse Interleukin-7 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-IL-7 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a yellow product measured at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, and concentration is determined against a standard curve covering 15.6–1000 pg/ml. Sensitivity is 5.1 pg/ml and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Spike-and-recovery validation across serum (80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (80–89%, average 84%) confirms broad sample compatibility at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its stated expiration date.
