Mouse Interleukin 34 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Antibodies.com for the quantitative measurement of mouse Interleukin 34 (IL-34) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and employs a biotinylated anti-IL-34 detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with the resulting absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The assay has a stated quantitative range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a reported sensitivity of 5.3 pg/ml. Average recovery values are given for serum (n=5) at 91%, EDTA plasma (n=5) at 94% and heparin plasma (n=5) at 94%, with linearity ranges across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions. The total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Supplied components include the pre-coated microplate strips, lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
