Mouse Interleukin 28A ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse IL-28A. The assay is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, and is reactive with mouse samples. It employs a microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for IL-28A. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, and captured IL-28A is bound by a biotinylated anti-IL-28A antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is used to visualize the reaction, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution, with absorbance measured at 450nm using a microplate reader.

The assay has a standard range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a reported sensitivity of 6.3 pg/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
