Mouse Interleukin 25 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Interleukin 25 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate supplied in a 12 x 8 well strip format, with a biotinylated anti-IL-25 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate; TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution produce a yellow colour read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml, with a stated sensitivity of <6.7 pg/ml and an assay time of 4 h 30 m. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (n=5, range 83–100%), 96% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 90–103%) and 94% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 90–99%). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is reported as 90–99%, 82–108%, 82–96% and 92–103% for serum; 84–105%, 88–94%, 89–107% and 72–106% for EDTA plasma; and 89–92%, 88–108%, 84–102% and 90–98% for heparin plasma (each n=5). Kit components are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
