Mouse Interleukin 24 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse IL-24 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-IL-24 antibody and HRP-avidin detection, with colour development via TMB substrate read at 450 nm. The stated product range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <6.2 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Detection is colorimetric and performed on a microplate reader.

The kit is suitable for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (n=5, range 83-100%), 96% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 90-103%) and 94% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 90-99%).
