Mouse Interleukin 17C ELISA Kit

Designed by Antibodies.com as a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse IL-17C, this kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Reactivity is defined for mouse samples, and the assay is read on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Capture is performed on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, using a biotinylated anti-IL-17C detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate with TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm and the concentration of IL-17C is calculated from a standard curve. The product range is 31.2-2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 12.2 pg/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m.

Spike-and-recovery validation across 5 samples per matrix gave averages of 91% (range 83-100%) in serum, 95% (range 91-100%) in EDTA plasma and 96% (range 91-101%) in heparin plasma, with dilution linearity evaluated from 1:2 to 1:16 in each matrix. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers; individual components are stored between +4°C and -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
