Mouse Interleukin 17B ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Interleukin 17B (IL-17B) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. Detection relies on a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-IL-17B antibody, HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colourimetric microplate reader. The full assay run takes 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported sensitivity is <6.8 pg/ml, with a working range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml. Spike-and-recovery linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each) at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, giving recovery ranges of 78–110%, 84–96%, 90–101% and 77–107% for serum; 93–96%, 89–109%, 72–106% and 90–95% for EDTA plasma; and 84–104%, 82–101%, 95–101% and 84–110% for heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as indicated, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
