Mouse Interleukin-17A ELISA Kit

Configured around a pre-coated microplate immunoassay workflow, this Antibodies.com cytokine kit provides quantitative ELISA measurement of mouse Interleukin-17A in cell culture supernatant and serum, with a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity below 2 pg/mL. The kit ships as three 192-well plates (192T x 3) for a total of 576 test wells, allowing triplicate analysis of 64 samples per plate, or extended designs across plates for time-course and dose-response work. Two calibrator diluents are supplied: Calibrator Diluent I for serum testing and Calibrator Diluent II for cell culture supernatant, supporting accurate standard curves in either matrix. The complete assay requires approximately 3 hours 30 minutes of bench time and uses HRP-conjugated detection with a sulphuric acid stop solution.
