Mouse Interleukin 13 Receptor Alpha 2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative in vitro determination of mouse IL-13 Receptor alpha 2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate format with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, producing a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm.

The kit covers a working range of 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.126 ng/ml, and the standard protocol takes 4 hours 30 minutes. Validation studies reported mean recovery of 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 91% in EDTA plasma (range 81–101%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5).
