Mouse Interleukin 10 Receptor Alpha ELISA Kit

A quantitative sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro measurement of mouse Interleukin 10 Receptor Alpha (IL-10RA). The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated anti-IL-10RA detection antibody, followed by HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit is intended for use with tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. Reported sensitivity is <29 pg/ml and the standard curve spans 78.1–5000 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4 h 30 min, and kit components are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed.

Spike-and-recovery data (n=5) show average recoveries of 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 91% for EDTA plasma (range 81–101%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions was demonstrated for serum (74–107%), EDTA plasma (79–108%) and heparin plasma (82–105%).
