Mouse Interleukin 10 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse Interleukin 10 (IL-10) ELISA Kit is a quantitative sandwich ELISA for the in vitro measurement of mouse IL-10 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colourimetric detection read at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

The standard curve covers a working range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 34.5 pg/ml. In spike-and-recovery studies (n=5), recoveries were 83-100% (average 91%) in serum, 90-103% (average 96%) in EDTA plasma and 89-102% (average 95%) in heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the manual, and the kit must not be used past its stated expiration date.
