The Antibodies.com Mouse Interleukin 1 Receptor Accessory Protein ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse IL-1RAcP in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate, using a biotinylated anti-IL-1RAcP detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate visualisation read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 14.2 pg/ml with a stated product range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4h 30m on a 12 x 8 well strip pre-coated microplate platform. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Recovery testing in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (each n=5) at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 produced ranges of 80%-102% (serum, average 91%), 81%-101% (EDTA plasma, average 91%), and 80%-89% (heparin plasma, average 84%).
