Mouse Interferon Regulatory Factor 3 ELISA Kit

An in vitro quantitative sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com, designed for the measurement of mouse Interferon Regulatory Factor 3 (IRF3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips; standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-IRF3 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is then added and the reaction is stopped with acidic stop solution, producing a yellow colour whose intensity at 450 nm is proportional to the amount of IRF3 captured in each well.

The stated assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.048 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed. Reported average recovery in serum is 91%, in EDTA plasma 90% and in heparin plasma 84%, with linearity evaluated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across these matrices.
