Mouse Interferon Inducible T-Cell Alpha Chemoattractant ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CXCL11 (Interferon Inducible T-Cell Alpha Chemoattractant) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an immobilised CXCL11-specific antibody, followed by a biotinylated anti-CXCL11 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change proportional to CXCL11 concentration, measured at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit demonstrates a sensitivity of <12.4 pg/ml and an assay range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Recovery has been validated in serum (80-102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (81-100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (80-89%, average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed; the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
