Mouse Interferon-gamma ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse Interferon-gamma ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Interferon-Gamma in cell culture supernatant and serum samples.

The assay uses a quantitative sandwich immunoassay format. The pre-coated microplate wells are incubated with standards or samples, followed by a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for mouse IFN-gamma. An avidin-HRP conjugate is then added, and a TMB substrate solution is introduced. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated with sulphuric acid, and the colour change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The kit is supplied with two calibrator diluents — Calibrator Diluent I for serum/plasma testing and Calibrator Diluent II for cell culture supernatant — allowing a standard curve of Optical Density versus mouse IFN-gamma concentration (pg/mL) to be generated.
