Mouse Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 5 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse ICAM5 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 5) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with a biotinylated anti-ICAM5 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is reported at less than 0.57 ng/ml with a quantitative working range of 1.56–100 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Spiked recovery was 80–102% (average 91%) in serum, 81–100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma, and 80–89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma, with dilutional linearity data provided for serum and plasma across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions. Kit components are supplied for storage at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
