Mouse Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1 ELISA Kit

Standards and samples are added to the wells of a pre-coated microplate where ICAM1 is captured by an immobilised antibody and then detected using a biotinylated anti-ICAM1 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Colour development is read as absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.
