Mouse Integrin Alpha M ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay is intended for the in vitro quantitative measurement of mouse CD11b (Integrin Alpha M) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-CD11b detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The standard curve covers 0.156-10 ng/ml, sensitivity is reported as <0.05 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Validation data report recovery for undiluted samples (n=5) of 80-102% (average 91%) in serum, 81-100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma and 80-89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma, with linearity demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for the same sample types. Reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
