Mouse Integrin Alpha 4 ELISA Kit

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Integrin alpha 4/CD49D in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. An antibody specific for Integrin alpha 4/CD49D is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. The assay uses a biotinylated anti-Integrin alpha 4/CD49D detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with the enzymatic reaction read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and quantified against a standard curve.

The standard curve range is 0.156–10 ng/ml and the reported sensitivity is <0.071 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with reported recovery ranges of 80–102% (serum, n=5), 81–100% (EDTA plasma, n=5) and 80–89% (heparin plasma, n=5). Dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in each sample matrix. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
