Mouse Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 3 ELISA Kit

Designed by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 3 (IGFBP3) in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for IGFBP3, and uses a biotinylated anti-IGFBP3 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. Colour development is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with absorbance density proportional to the amount of IGFBP3 captured in each well.

The kit has a stated assay range of 4.68-300 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <2.0 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours and 30 minutes. Recovery has been assessed in serum (n=5, 80%-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, 81%-101%, average 91%), and heparin plasma (n=5, 80%-89%, average 84%). Dilution linearity has been examined across 1:2 to 1:16 in the same sample matrices.
