Mouse Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 2 (IGFBP2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-IGFBP2 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Stated performance includes a measuring range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.124 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. In spike-and-recovery testing (n=5), average values were 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 91% in EDTA plasma (range 81–101%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Dilution linearity between 1:2 and 1:16 was within 74–107% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5).
