Mouse Inosine Triphosphatase ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com, designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of mouse inosine triphosphatase (ITPA) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The procedure uses a biotinylated anti-ITPA detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and has a reported sensitivity of <0.049 ng/ml across a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. The full protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Sample recovery data (n=5) report averages of 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%).
