Mouse Inhibin Beta E ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Inhibin Beta E in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. Detection is colorimetric, read on a microplate reader at 450 nm, using a pre-coated 96-well microplate platform arranged as 12 x 8 well strips.

The kit reports a sensitivity of less than 28 pg/ml and an assay range of 78.1–5000 pg/ml. In spiked recovery testing (n=5), average recoveries were 91% for serum (range 83%–99%), 89% for EDTA plasma (range 80%–99%) and 90% for heparin plasma (range 82%–99%). Linearity was assessed at sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5). Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Supplied components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers.
