Mouse Inhibin Beta C ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Inhibin Beta C (INHBC) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and follows a biotinylated antibody, HRP-avidin and TMB substrate workflow, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of <28 pg/ml and an assay range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml. In spiked recovery testing (n=5), average recoveries were 91% in serum, 89% in EDTA plasma and 90% in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across all three sample types. Total assay time is 4h 30m.
