Mouse Inhibin Beta B ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Inhibin beta B in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-Inhibin beta B detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colour change that is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Sensitivity is 5.9 pg/ml and the standard curve covers an assay range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml. The total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes, and the product is intended for research use only. Reported average recovery is 91% for serum, 89% for EDTA plasma and 90% for heparin plasma, with linearity demonstrated across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in the same matrices. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
