Mouse Indoleamine-2,3-Dioxygenase ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with an antibody specific for the target pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips.

The standard curve covers a measuring range of 1.56–100 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.61 ng/ml. The colourmetric signal is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components include lyophilised standard, biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.

Validated recovery is 80–102% in serum (average 91%, n=5), 81–100% in EDTA plasma (average 90%, n=5) and 80–89% in heparin plasma (average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity has been demonstrated in the same sample types across dilution factors from 1:2 to 1:16.
